The CrossFitMT Barbell Club was established to enhance an athlete's power, speed and strength via Olympic weightlifting, the deadlift, press, squat, bench press and other strength lifts.

Is the Barbell Club for me?

Yes! Everyone from high school athletes who need to bulk up in the size and strength arena to the stay-at-home mom who enjoys the ability to lift heavy objects will benefit from our Barbell Club. If you want to enhance your CrossFitting with strength specific training, then sign up for the Barbell Club!

What Do I Recieve as a Barbell Club Member?

The Barbell Club is a separate training entity from your standard CrossFitMT membership. The separate cost of Barbell Club membership is a no brainer when you see all that is provided to you:

- Personalized Coaching. You'll either receive one-on-one (coach to athlete) or two-on-one training. Having multiple coaches evaluate your form and technique allows for no flaw to go unnoticed!

- Digital Video Analysis. Digital video of your movements will be taken and evaluated in order to properly assess where your technique falters. These videos will be uploaded to a private Barbell Club website where only Barbell Club members have access so that you can review your lifts and show off to your friends and family!

- Private Website. The Barbell Club website has been created to allow Barbell Club members exclusive access. The Barbell Club strength WOD, your daily progress and results, along with your video recordings will all be accessable through this site. Keeping track of your PR's and daily lifts is made easy via the Barbell Club website.

- Nutrition Programming. Whether you need to gain 15 lbs in the off season or you would like to recomp your body with an increase in lean muscle and decrease in bodyfat, we will create a nutrition program that is tailored to your goals. We do hold you accountable for your own nutrition. However, we will be there every step of the way to keep you on the right track to achieve success!
